چکیده

Magnetic domain walls created and propagated in curved permally nanowires under continuous pulsed fields a Lorentz microscope. Using such aims to create single or multiple magnetic typical areas of those structures, an external field then applies along the long axis these nanowires. Following that are from one end other each wire by increasing continuous/pulsed strength. At increased value, Fresnel image is recorded. The obtained results show characteristics dependent on various parameters, i.e. connecting wall types chiralities. Corners between straight linking sections also play crucial role witth local defects wire-edges surfaces where point-defect considered as potential well could pin/distort created/propagated walls. By aid this observations, dynamic properties with creating propagating processes exposed. These outcomes vital design novel trap structures supporting reproducible motions. That interest providing better understanding bits moving furure 3D racetrack memory, logic gates, shift register spintronic/computing devices.

Near-field interaction between domain walls in adjacent Permalloy nanowires.

The magnetostatic interaction between two oppositely charged transverse domain walls (TDWs) in adjacent Permalloy nanowires is experimentally demonstrated. The dependence of the pinning strength on wire separation is investigated for distances between 13 and 125 nm. The results can be described fully by considering the distribution of magnetic charge within rigid, isolated TDWs. Alternative DW ...

Depinning of domain walls in permalloy nanowires with asymmetric notches

Effective control of the domain wall (DW) motion along the magnetic nanowires is of great importance for fundamental research and potential application in spintronic devices. In this work, a series of permalloy nanowires with an asymmetric notch in the middle were fabricated with only varying the width (d) of the right arm from 200 nm to 1000 nm. The detailed pinning and depinning processes of ...

Metastable magnetic domain walls in cylindrical nanowires

The stability of the asymmetric domain wall (ATDW) in soft magnetic cylindrical nanowires and nanotubes is investigated using micromagnetic simulations. Our calculated phase diagram shows that for cylindrical permalloy nanowires, the transverse domain wall (TDW) is the ground state for radii below 20 nm whilst the Bloch point wall (BPW) is favoured in thicker wires. The ATDW stabilises only as ...
